Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a hybrid CSCO Co-Op role focused on supporting the Innovative Medicine CSCO organization. You will assist with customer support services, reverse distribution, revenue reconciliation, and systems operations, leveraging data-driven insights to cut costs and improve outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams across commercial, logistics, and customer service, leading process improvements and analytics projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business) or expected.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership or project-management experience is a plus, with prior co-op/internship exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements using LEAN/Six Sigma methods.
Manage relationships with customers and internal partners to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards (weekly supply chain reports; KPI tracking) using Excel and BI tools.
Collaborate on business process improvements aligned with 2026 strategic objectives.
Facilitate communication by distributing reports and leading meetings with the local team.
