Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CSCO Co-Op in the United States for the career program track. You will support Customer Service and Channel Operations, focusing on Lean/Six Sigma driven process improvements, data analytics, and reporting across commercial, logistics, and service functions.

You will build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

Pursuing BA/BS in related fields (Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros).
Experience with SAP and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI preferred.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma approaches on pharmaceutical processes.
