Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares materials to propose, sell and set up new plans and records.
• Interprets plan provisions and product rules to process requests per requirements.
• Provides care to customers through workflow management and SLA achievement; suggests process improvements.
• Follows up with internal areas for completeness and accuracy of the end policy/accounts.
• Resolves customer inquiries by researching and determining appropriate actions.
• Conducts follow up calls to service issues, de-escalating complex requests.
• Reviews and approves withdrawal, exchanges, deposits and annuity purchases.
• Communicates with customers, sales force and other departments as needed.
