Job summary

Otis, a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing and services, is offering a Sales & CRM Technology Business Analyst Intern role in Farmington, CT. The internship focuses on contract management, CRM migrations, and documenting current and future business processes, with exposure to enterprise platforms and cross-functional teams.

You will gain hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, analytics, and project delivery while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Demonstrated interest in business technology, digital transformation, systems analysis, or enterprise applications.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, CRM platforms, process mapping tools, or business analysis activities is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience through technology.
Document and facilitate current-state ("As Is") and future-state ("To Be") process mapping exercises.
Create, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
Assist with the design and documentation of technology solutions that align with global business systems and strategies.
Support systems design activities, including data migration requirements, business rules, process workflows, wireframes, and other project deliverables.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and work sessions with cross-functional teams.
Develop presentations and documentation to communicate recommendations, project updates, and solution designs.
Support project management activities, testing efforts, and user adoption initiatives as needed.
Gain hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, customer experience platforms, reporting and analytics solutions, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise technologies.
