Job summary

Delaware Guidance Services for Children and Youth, Inc. seeks a MRSS Crisis Clinical Coordinator to plan, direct, and coordinate the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services ensuring clinically appropriate goals within risk, time, funding, and licensing constraints.

Under the supervision of the Crisis Program Manager, you will supervise crisis counselors, mobilize teams to hospitals, schools, and community agencies, and maintain procedures for risk assessment, supervision, and crisis

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and DE licensure required.
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure clinical experience in child and family interventions.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate supervisory experience in child and family interventions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, directs and coordinates MRSS to ensure goals are met.
• Supervise crisis counselors and coordinate supervision per licensing requirements.
• Mobilize crisis workers to hospitals, schools, and community agencies for risk assessments and referrals.
• Maintain documentation, outcome measures, and scheduling of crisis staff.
