Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a Licensed Therapist for MRSS in Delaware County to provide individual, family, and group counseling under supervision. The role includes crisis response, development of Treatment Plans, and coordination with CPST/TBS services while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field required; licensure per state guidelines.
• Experience in social work or counseling settings preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain pre-employment screenings.
• Strong documentation skills and adherence to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling as assigned.
• Complete and review treatment plans after first encounter and progress notes.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Coordinate with community resources and other professionals for client care.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in supervision.
