Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist to join a 24/7 Crisis Response Team serving Hendricks and Putnam Counties.

The role is hybrid with a home base in Avon, IN, blending office, community-based and remote work, with flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide crisis assessments, interventions, and stabilization, collaborating with law enforcement, hospitals, and first responders to coordinate ongoing care and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Indiana licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LCAC or LMFT is required.
• Experience in crisis intervention or crisis services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments via telephonic, mobile, walk-in, and virtual crisis response.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services.
• Coordinate psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources.
• Document clinical activities in the electronic health record (EHR) accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and first responders to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment planning, case management, training, and quality improvement.
