Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist to join the interdisciplinary Crisis Response Team serving Hendricks and Putnam Counties.

Base location is Avon, IN with a hybrid schedule combining office, community, and remote work to meet client needs. The role delivers evidence-based crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization within a 24/7 crisis program, collaborating with law enforcement, hospitals, and first responders to coordinate ongoing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• LCSW/LMHC/LCAC/LMFT licensure in Indiana.
• Experience in crisis response or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments through telephonic, walk-in, mobile and virtual crisis response.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services.
• Coordinate psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and emergency responders to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment planning, case management, training and ongoing quality improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
