Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist to join a 24/7 interdisciplinary Crisis Response Team serving Hendricks and Putnam Counties. This hybrid position is based at the Hendricks County (Avon) office with a mix of in-office, community-based, and remote work; schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensure in the state of Indiana as an LCSW, LMHC, LCAC and/or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments through telephonic, walk-in, mobile and virtual crisis response.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services.
• Coordinate psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and emergency responders to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment planning, case management, training, and ongoing quality improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
