Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. in Greencastle, IN, is seeking a Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist to join the interdisciplinary Crisis Response Team.

The role provides crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization through in-person, community-based, and remote interventions. The position is hybrid with a home base in Putnam County and requires Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, or LMFT) and a Master's degree.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Indiana licensure as LCSW/LMHC/LCAC/LMFT in the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments via telephonic, walk-in, mobile, and virtual crisis response.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization.
• Coordinate psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and emergency responders to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment planning, case management, training, and quality improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
