Inizio Partners is seeking a Credit Risk Strategy Engagement Manager to lead development and implementation of credit risk frameworks across the portfolio. The role involves partnering with Regulatory, Product, Analytics, and Risk teams to optimize risk-adjusted returns.

The position requires a senior candidate with 7+ years in credit risk and strong SQL/Python capabilities, with Databricks experience preferred. Hybrid work supported, with some in-office time on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of credit risk management experience with a focus on strategy development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL or Python; experience with Databricks preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and modeling skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit risk strategies with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance.
• Conduct end-to-end data analysis across credit lifecycle stages to identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics, trends, and optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for governance and approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and deploy credit policy changes with measurable impact.
