Inizio Partners is seeking a seasoned Credit Risk professional to drive the development and optimization of credit policies and risk-based pricing. The role focuses on underwriting, credit line assignment and portfolio analytics, using SQL and Python to translate insights into actionable business decisions across customer lifecycles.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years in Credit Risk.
Experience in credit risk strategy, policy, underwriting or portfolio analytics.
Proficient in SQL; Python preferred for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist in analysis, development and monitoring of credit policies, including underwriting and pricing strategies.
Analyze credit and portfolio data to identify opportunities for risk-adjusted growth.
Develop and optimize underwriting criteria, credit line assignments and risk-based pricing.
Evaluate impact of policy changes through portfolio analysis and scenario testing.
Translate credit policies into business rules using SQL and Python.
Monitor key credit risk and business performance metrics; identify trends.
Collaborate with Risk, Product, Technology and Operations teams to implement policy changes.
