Job summary

EXL is seeking a data-driven professional to own an assigned consumer lending portfolio, monitor risk and performance, and recommend strategy enhancements. You will develop underwriting and risk-tier strategies aligned to the client’s risk appetite, and use SQL and Python to analyze large datasets to identify drivers of losses, approvals, and profitability.

• Analyze datasets using SQL and Python to identify drivers of losses, approvals, and profitability.
• Run A/B tests to improve approval, pricing, and limit strategies balancing risk and revenue.
• Collaborate across functions to deploy strategies accurately.
• Translate analyses into crisp insights and presentations for stakeholders.
