Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to evaluate creditworthiness of accounts and advise terms for premium payments. This hybrid role combines three days in the office with two days from home.

You will analyze financial statements, work with underwriting and agency management to set risk terms, and help minimize bad debt while maintaining excellent client service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, finance or accounting.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Analyze credit data and financial statements to evaluate credit position of future accounts.
• Advise credit terms for payment of premium or risk acceptance.
• Collaborate with underwriting and agency teams on risk assessments.
• Minimize bad debt and maximize collections.
• Ensure turnaround times meet service standards.
