Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Finance Analyst to monitor client performance and assess collateral portfolios for Advance Partners, a Paychex-backed firm in Cleveland, OH. You will analyze portfolio size, concentration, liens, and credit viability while communicating findings to teams.

Your role includes researching accounts receivable aging, reviewing transactional data for anomalies, and preparing timely reports on the client base. Hybrid work arrangement available after training.

• Analyze client position and its ability to handle current obligations with Advance.
• Research accounts receivable aging, concentration, and credit worthiness.
• Review transactional information for anomalies affecting Advance's position.
• Identify risk factors promptly and communicate to teams.
• Research and report all data thoroughly and accurately.
• Prepare and present reports regarding client base.
• Complete tasks timely and maintain organization.
• Maintain professional relations with clients and debtors.
• Support company policies and teamwork; perform other duties.
