Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Finance/Credit Analyst to monitor client portfolios and assess credit risk for Advance Partners. The role involves analyzing portfolio size, concentration, liens, and financial viability, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

You will train in local offices and then work a hybrid schedule, combining in-office and remote days, with a Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm ET shift. US-based applicants only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and understand business implications.
• Detail oriented, customer focused, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client position and its ability to handle current obligation for Advance.
• Research accounts receivable aging, concentration, and creditworthiness.
• Review transactional information for anomalies impacting Advance's position.
• Identify risks and communicate findings to relevant teams promptly.
• Prepare and present accurate reports on client base.
• Ensure timely, organized completion of tasks and maintain professionalism.
• Maintain open relations with clients and debtors.
• Support company policies and foster teamwork.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
