TriMark USA, LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Credit & Collections Administrator. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on collecting past-due receivables and managing customer accounts, collaborating with National Accounts and Chains, and supporting sales teams.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, familiarity with AS400/Navision/GlobalEdge, and proficiency in Outlook/Word/Excel. Background check is required. This is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic credit team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or training.
• Experience with AS400, Navision or GlobalEdge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• ERP or CRM systems experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Process SIFs, credit apps, and credit references for approvals.
• Review holds and approve shipments.
• Answer calls and maintain files; generate month-end reports.
• Process GL adjustments and prepaid order conversions.
• Generate invoices/proformas as requested.
• Research and resolve customer disputes.
• Provide credit information on request; document activity in CRM.
