Job summary

Star-Roses-and-Plants in West Grove, PA is seeking a full-time accounting professional to manage credit analysis, cash receipts, invoicing, and related financial duties. The role reports to the Director of Compliance and Administration and requires collaboration with territory managers and customers.

Hybrid work arrangement: three days in the office, two days from home, with seasonal hours and Saturday coverage as noted. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of credit analysis experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director to evaluate credit worthiness and improve cash flow.
• Deposit checks promptly according to procedures.
• Process credit card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Post cash receipts to accounts and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice and claim processing.
• Interface with Territory Managers and Customers to reconcile accounts.
• Provide audit support.
• Support West Coast operations during peak periods by aligning with their business day.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
