Qualifications

• Demonstrated project coordination experience managing complex, multi-scope projects.
• Advanced level experience with computer system applications including spreadsheets, word processing and databases; strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting a leadership or department team and working with senior-level leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider state licensure processes for initial applications and renewals.
• Research and interpret state licensure requirements to minimize delays.
• Notify and support providers with renewals to maintain current licensure.
• Maintain quality, timeliness, and accuracy in licensure submissions.
• Collaborate to automate credentialing workflows and develop tracking dashboards and KPI reporting.
