Job summary

Salt Productions is seeking a Creative Tech Producer to own day-to-day production of technology-driven experiences in a hybrid setup. You will manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while aligning creative vision with technical realities. You’ll work with Creative Technologists and Sr.

Producers, including potential fabrication support for scenic tech elements. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of creative project management, strong budget experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in creative project management or production.
• Experience managing budgets up to $500k.
• Strong communication with creative and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production for creative technology projects within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and resource tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support Sr. Producer with client communications and daily updates.
• Build relationships with technology vendors, handling estimates and procurement.
• Define and track budgets, flag risks, and maintain forecasts.
