Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management or CRE.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on industry and company performance; synthesize research and lead diligence calls.
• Perform financial analysis identifying disparities, risks, and mitigants.
• Prepare financial modeling inputs and understand model mechanics.
• Analyze structuring options considering collateral and borrower valuation.
• Prepare term sheets and credit documents with guidance; contribute to deal reviews.
• Shadow senior underwriters on reviewing legal documentation.
