Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management or asset management.
• Proven expertise in CRE property types, valuation methodologies, and related metrics.

Responsibilities

• Property-Level Analysis: underwrite by reviewing operating statements, rent rolls, leases and pro formas for CRE assets.
• Financial Modeling & Risk Metrics: compute NOI, DSCR, LTV and debt yield to assess debt service capacity.
• Market Analysis: evaluate submarket dynamics, vacancy/rent trends and asset competitiveness.
• Guarantor Analysis: review personal and corporate financials to gauge support capacity.
• Risk Rating & Annual Reviews: prepare credit memos with risk ratings and recommendations.
• Third-Party Review & Compliance: assess appraisals, ESAs, PCRs, and covenant adherence.
