Job summary

North American Savings Bank (NASB) is seeking a Commercial Real Estate & Construction Lending Loan Closer to join our Commercial & Construction Loan Closing team. This role closes loans within the CRE and construction lending group, focusing on Residential Construction and CRE Construction loans.

The position level depends on experience and will report to the Loan Closing leadership. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in CRE loan closing, with strong document proofreading,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance/rocus related field.
• 3+ years in CRE loan closing, processing or funding, or equivalent.
• Proven proofreading/editing of CRE loan docs (security agreements, deeds, notes).
• Knowledge of CRE lending regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with bank/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct due diligence on CRE properties including title and entity documents.
• Coordinate closings with title, attorneys, and lenders to meet timelines.
• Prepare disbursement and post-funding actions according to closing instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain SLA, quality, and productivity metrics.
