Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 7+ years of commercial real estate experience with financing focus.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents.
• Lead and manage all aspects of real estate financing transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and mitigate legal risks.
• Advise on real estate structures, regulatory issues, and best practices.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, brokers, and third-party vendors.
