Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an Associate Attorney or Counsel in Raleigh to join a prominent Real Estate & Commercial Development Practice Group. The position entails handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across the United States, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, and related closing activities.

The successful candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, an active bar in the applicable jurisdiction, and at least three years of substantive

Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience in a sophisticated law firm.
• Experience representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Represent developers, investors, property owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations, leases, financing documents, and related documents.
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and real estate financing from inception to closing.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, consultants, and opposing counsel throughout transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across construction, environmental, tax, corporate, finance and development practices.
