Job summary

Htprof's Southeast office in Raleigh is seeking an Associate Attorney or Counsel to join its Real Estate & Commercial Development Practice Group. The role focuses on sophisticated commercial transactions across the United States, collaborating with a seasoned team representing developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and business owners.

The successful candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 3+ years of commercial real estate experience,

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent developers, investors, property owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations, leases, financing documents.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, consultants, and opposing counsel throughout transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across construction, environmental, tax, corporate, finance, and economic development practices to support client objectives.
