The role interfaces with educators and students and requires collaboration with the Curriculum Team for cyclical improvements.

The position emphasizes ensuring accessibility, managing tickets, and preparing vendors’ courses for launch, with a hybrid work arrangement in Lansing, MI.

Qualifications

• Maintain and troubleshoot online courses and LMS content.
• Respond to and resolve course-related support tickets.
• Coordinate with Curriculum Team for course audits and updates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor course technology, content, or assessment issues in LMS tools.
• Manage communications with internal/external stakeholders about course updates.
• Maintain access to course content tools integrated in LMS/CMS.
• Ensure media accessibility with captions and transcripts.
• Maintain documentation for course maintenance tasks.
• Perform QA testing on new or revised courses.
• Perform QA testing on LMS/tools.
• Leverage AI tools to boost efficiency while protecting data privacy.
