Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Pickaway County, OH, is seeking a County Supervisor to supervise staff, assign caseloads, and oversee program operations in a hybrid work setting.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's in social work, education, counseling, or psychology (LSW/LISW/LPCC/PhD preferred) and at least three years of coordinated services experience, plus supervisory background and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.
• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-systems collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities through meetings and communications.
• Assign caseloads and related duties to staff.
• Provide routine support via individual and group conferences.
• Review management reports and case records.
• Evaluate staff performance and recommend actions.
• Participate in staff recruitment and interviews.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and processes.
• Train new employees on policies and regulations.
• May supervise Integrated Care Plans.
• Engage in community resource coordination.
• Maintain documentation and participate in program planning meetings.
