Job summary

Thomas Built Buses, Inc. is seeking a Cost Engineering Analyst I (GSA Sales Specialist) to support GSA program administration, pricing management, and order execution. The role coordinates with dealers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate quotes and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Engineering or related field; 0–2 years preferred.
Ability to interpret data in spreadsheets and reports.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as BOMs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret GSA Federal Standards and administer orders.
Build, maintain and update GSA pricing for annual updates.
Coordinate with dealers, suppliers and manufacturing teams on orders and pricing.
Support inspections, documentation, and invoicing activities for GSA bids.
Assist Sales/Marketing to maximize CTS opportunities and quotes.
