Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a CTS resource to manage GSA program administration, contract compliance, pricing, and order execution. The role supports the full lifecycle of GSA vehicle orders, coordinating with dealers, suppliers, and manufacturing, with a focus on accurate quoting and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 0-2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to interpret data using spreadsheets/reports
• Ability to read/interpret Technical Documentation such as BOMs
• Proficiency with IMS, Shop-Tech, OMT
• Basic MS Excel, Word, Outlook skills

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend GSA Federal Standards
• Work with the contracting dealer to receive and process GSA orders
• Build and update GSA item pricing and option pricing
• Maintain detailed spreadsheets to align production with delivery dates
• Conduct meetings with dealer salespersons and provide order feedback
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing and lead times
• Quote standard and non-standard GSA bids
• Support manufacturing with questions and documentation
• Support CTS locations for PAR reviews related to GSA inspections
• Assist with on-site and virtual inspections by GSA inspectors
• Ensure final release documents and dealer invoicing are complete
• Support field issues and repairs as needed
• Assist Sales/Quote Team with incoming requests
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on CTS opportunities
