Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing accounting experience
• Cost accounting and variance analysis
• Inventory valuation and reconciliations
• Experience with BOMs, routings, and standard costs
• Understanding of COGS, fixed assets, and month-end close
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Team collaboration with Finance, Operations, Engineering

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze material, labor, and overhead cost variances.
• Analyze job profitability against expected performance.
• Review manufacturing cost variances with Production and Operations.
• Monitor scrap, rework, yield losses, and cost drivers.
• Maintain BOMs and routings with Engineering/Production.
• Support month-end close, COGS forecasting, and planning.
• Manage fixed-asset accounting including depreciation schedules.
• Analyze direct materials, labor, and overhead costs.
