Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Cost Accountant III, IV, or Senior to join our cost accounting team in a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office at one of our listed locations. The position supports GAAP and SAP-based financial statements, cost allocations, and budgeting processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3–6+ years of relevant experience, and CPA/CMA or MBA preferred. Strong analytical skills and leadership in cross-functional teams are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience for Accountant III; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 4+ years for Accountant IV; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 6+ years for Senior Accountant; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and major sections of financial statements (GAAP and SAP).
• Gathers, validates, and summarizes accounting data; prepares ad-hoc analyses.
• Maintains cost allocation tables in cost accounting systems.
• Supports budgeting, variance investigations, and internal controls.
