The ideal candidate has at least four years of corporate/transactional experience, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing, and drafting transaction documents.

Strong academic credentials and excellent written/interpersonal skills are expected. Remote work is available two days per week; flexible and will consider strong applicants preferring fully

• Minimum of four years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills.
