Job summary

U.S. Bankruptcy Court - District of CT seeks a Corporate Associate to join a transactional practice with a hybrid schedule from Hartford, New Haven, Stamford or Boston. The candidate should have at least four years of general corporate experience, including M&A, VC and financing work, and strong drafting abilities.

Remote work is available for two days per week, with a flexible approach to office location. The salary range is $160,000–$205,000, with a competitive benefits package and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm.
• Experience with mergers, venture funding, financing transactions, and joint ventures.
• Ability to manage due diligence investigations and work in teams on complex deals.
• Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.
