Job summary

Agnello & Rogers is seeking a Corporate Associate to join our transactional practice. The role is hybrid from Hartford, New Haven, Stamford or Boston, with two remote days per week.

Applicants should have at least four years of general corporate and transactional experience, including M&A, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures, and drafting/negotiating transaction documents. Top academics and strong written/interpersonal skills are required. Salary range is $160,000–$205,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Self-starter who can manage due diligence investigations and work as part of a team on complex transactions.
• Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills.
