Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences that build technical, professional, and operational knowledge across the organization.

You will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful training solutions that support associate success and business objectives. Responsibilities include designing instructor-led, virtual, blended, flipped-classroom, and self-paced programs, developing

Qualifications

• Four or more years of related experience, education, and/or training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles, classroom and virtual training delivery, learner engagement, and instructional design.
• Proficiency with LMS administration, Microsoft Teams, webinar platforms, learning technologies, and content authoring tools.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, flipped-classroom, and self-paced learning programs.
• Develop training materials including facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, job aids, and digital learning content.
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, enrollments, and learner support.
• Conduct learning needs assessments, performance gap analyses, and stakeholder consultations to identify effective learning solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness and use data-driven insights to continuously improve training programs.
