Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that build technical, professional, operational, product, and business process knowledge across the organization. You will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful training solutions that support associate success and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of related experience, education, and/or training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles, classroom and virtual training delivery, learner engagement, and instructional design.
• Proficiency with LMS administration, Microsoft Teams, webinar platforms, learning technologies, and content authoring tools.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences that build technical, professional, operational, product, and business process knowledge across the organization. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful training solutions that support associate success and business objectives.
