Aquent is seeking a Corporate Social Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement across LinkedIn and X. You will own the content calendar, craft compelling corporate copy, and work to elevate the brand voice across channels.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this onsite role blends digital storytelling with analytics. You’ll drive performance dashboards, refine KPIs, and partner with PR, Legal, and HR to align messaging and crisis response.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of dedicated social media management experience, with a minimum of 1 year managing B2B or corporate enterprise channels.

Oversee end-to-end editorial content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence for distinct audience segments.
Write, edit, and curate high-performing corporate copy and multimedia assets aligned with global brand voice across LinkedIn and X.
Partner with executive leadership to build and manage executive social profiles (e.g., LinkedIn thought leadership programs).
Drive employee advocacy programs to amplify company news, culture, and recruiting through staff networks.
