Job summary

Abaka AI is seeking a Social Media Manager to craft and execute social strategies across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will write social media content and articles, schedule posts, monitor channels, and engage with our community and KOLs to boost audience engagement.

You’ll compile performance reports and work with GTM Lead and cross-functional teams to align communications with business goals. A designer supports visuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media or marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to produce compelling content across various channels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience with community management and community engagement on social media platforms.
• Ability to create AI workflows and integrate tools such as Claude Cowork, Codex, and AI agents into daily work.
• Fluent / native in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies (X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including X threads, LinkedIn carousels, YouTube shorts, video interviews, blog articles, and more.
• Schedule posts, maintain social media calendars, and monitor social media channels.
• Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Engage with our community and KOLs by replying to comments on social media channels.
• Stay on top of trends in tech and AI, and create timely content on trending topics.
• Create content for founders' personal brands.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand their needs and develop communication initiatives.
