Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection and pre-employment processes.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and pipelines in an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, and support selection for positions across Michigan Farm Bureau and Affiliated Companies.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding to promote early engagement and smooth transition.
• Manage recruiting channels, content, and employer branding with ADP Recruiting Management, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and careers page.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, develop strategies, and support timely hiring decisions.
• Source candidates through outreach, referrals, career fairs, partnerships, and other initiatives.
