Holland & Hart is seeking a paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of Holland & Hart's offices, depending on the candidate’s location and/or interests.

Hybrid work arrangements (remote and in-person) are available. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of corporate/securities paralegal experience, with M&A closings, Delaware corporate law or securities closings, SEC filings, and a degree from a four-year college or paralegal certificate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years corporate and/or securities paralegal experience in law firm or in-house.
• Experience with M&A closings and Delaware corporate law or securities closings, SEC filings, and blue sky.
• Degree from a four-year undergraduate institution or a paralegal certificate; strong communication and detail.
