Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of Holland & Hart’s offices, depending on the candidate’s location and/or interests.

Hybrid work arrangements (remote and in-person) are available. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of corporate and/or securities paralegal experience, with significant exposure to M&A closings, Delaware corporate law, and securities closings, plus SEC filings and Form D/blue sky knowledge.

Holland & Hart is seeking a paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of Holland & Hart’s offices, depending on the candidate’s location and/or interests. Hybrid work arrangements (remote and in-person) are available. Position Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior corporate and/or securities paralegal experience (either in a law firm or in-house)
• Significant and recent experience with either M&A transaction closings and Delaware corporate law or securities transaction closings
• SEC filings, and federal and state securities law (including Form D and blue sky)
• A degree from a four-year undergraduate institution or a paralegal certificate
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in MSWord and Outlook
• A team player, have a positive attitude, and be career-oriented

Salary Range

In compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated salary range for this role is $43.59-$76.92 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime, and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
