Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience required.
• Successful completion of initial and periodic trainings.
• Obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Support all aspects of the contract lifecycle under attorney supervision.
• Assist with corporate governance activities and compliance filings.
• Prepare major presentations for the Corporate Legal team.
• Work on special projects in data privacy and corporate governance.
