Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in event technology, AV support, or conferencing platforms.
• Experience supporting live events and/or video production initiatives.
• Working knowledge of event platforms (ON24, Webex Events, Teams Townhall).

Responsibilities

• Partner with event planners and stakeholders to define event technology requirements.
• Recommend technology solutions based on event type, audience, and format.
• Coordinate end-to-end technical readiness for hybrid or remote events; ensure reliable delivery.
