Cella by Randstad Digital in Malvern, PA is seeking an experienced Event Planner Specialist to lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events. You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage budgets, venue sourcing, AV, and vendors to deliver world-class experiences.

This hybrid, contract-to-full-time role requires 5–10 years of event planning, strong vendor negotiations, Cvent proficiency, and the ability to travel domestically. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of formal corporate event planning experience.
• Proven experience with Cvent is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and coordinate logistics for corporate meetings and events across sizes and formats.
• Consult with senior stakeholders to define objectives, audiences and post-event strategies.
• Oversee budgets, track spending and address financial or logistical concerns with sponsors.
• Source venues, negotiate contracts, arrange AV, catering and third-party vendors.
• Provide status reports, analyze results and drive continuous improvement.
