Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree required.

Responsibilities

• Addresses legal issues arising in day-to-day operations with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Develops broad legal knowledge and practical skills including legal writing, research, contract interpretation, negotiation, advocacy, and client relationship management.
• Cultivates specialization in specific areas of law as experience grows.
• Gains understanding of the business operations of the Company.
• Works on problems of moderate scope and routine assignments.
• Handles simple legal matters with minimal instruction, including research tasks and drafting routine documents.
• Determines a course of action based on precedent and guidelines.
• Increases legal knowledge through education, publications, and mentoring.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
