Qualifications

JD or LLM degree and bar admission or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in law firm or in-house practice.
Combination experience in AI, cybersecurity, data governance, data privacy and incident management.
Strong writing and drafting abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings or training.

Responsibilities

Addresses legal issues in day-to-day operations with guidance from senior attorneys.
Develops breadth of legal knowledge including writing, research, contract interpretation and negotiation.
Begins to specialize in specific areas of law and business operations.
Understands business operations and provides practical legal advice.
Handles routine legal matters with minimal instruction and performs research.
Adapts processes based on precedent and guidelines, and seeks educational opportunities.
