Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 10+ years in progressive accounting/finance with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations including GL, cash management, invoicing, AP and related activities.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidation processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP and related management reporting.
• Oversee internal controls over financial reporting and liaise with external auditors.
• Coordinate tax matters with external advisors and ensure regulatory reporting.
