Kforce Inc. in New York seeks a Corporate Accountant to support monthly reporting and analysis for domestic and international offices. This hybrid 3/2 role requires strong balance sheet expertise and intercompany reconciliation. You will also handle government reporting and cash flow reporting in USD and FX.

Responsibilities include preparing statements, intercompany reconciliations, and analytic support for projects and real estate budgets. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a public accounting or private firm.
• Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work remotely 2 days per week.

Mansioni

• Ensure accurate monthly financial statements, and ad hoc reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet analysis and reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Prepare external government reporting and ensure compliance.
• Reconcile domestic and foreign bank accounts.
• Ensure cash is accurately reported daily (USD and FX).
• Ensure expenses are properly allocated to each department and office business unit.
• Provide variance analysis on project budgets and real estate improvements.
