Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role.
• Experience with journal entries, postings, and reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel; Power BI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist month end close by reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts and posting adjusting entries.
• Help ensure accurate and timely client invoicing as part of monthly billing.
• Collaborate with the CPA firm for sales tax returns.
• Support payroll processes and post payroll entries.
• Prepare and review the monthly financial reporting package.
